- Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 7 Tage vor Anreise
- Ab 6 Tagen: 100 % Stornokosten
- Flexibilitätszuschlag: +10 % auf den Zimmerpreis
Non-Refundable Tarif – nicht stornierbar (-5 % Rabatt)
- Kein kostenloses Storno
- Bei Buchung wird der Gesamtbetrag sofort fällig
- 5 % Preisvorteil gegenüber dem Standard Tarif
No-Show & vorzeitige Abreise
- Bei Nichtanreise oder vorzeitiger Abreise verrechnen wir 100 % der gebuchten, nicht in Anspruch genommenen Nächte.
Wir bemühen uns immer um ein Entgegenkommen bei Stornos nach Ablauf der kostenfreien Stornofrist, nicht immer ist dies möglich: aber wenn wir dies anbieten können, dann freuen wir uns sehr über eine Umbuchung auf einen anderen Termin oder eine Anzahlungsgutschrift im Sinne von „Dream now- travel later“.

Standard Rate – free of charge up to 30 days before arrival
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
- From 29 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Flexi Rate – free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (+10% surcharge)
- Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- From 6 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
- Flexibility surcharge: +10% on the room price
Non-Refundable Rate – non-refundable (-5% discount)
- No free cancellation
- The full amount is due immediately upon booking
- 5% price advantage compared to the Standard Rate
No-show & early departure
- In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked nights not used.
We always strive to be accommodating with cancellations after the free cancellation period has expired. While this isn’t always possible, if we can offer a solution, we would be delighted to rebook for another date or issue a deposit credit in the spirit of „Dream now, travel later.“
